A duvet is the ultimate feeling of comfort. For this assignment, I drew inspiration from the shape of a miniature camel figurine I bought in Egypt, which I have always associated with a feeling of familiarity. Using unconventional designing techniques and playing around with volume and proportion, I translated this artifact into a modular duvet-like garment.

My duvet can either be worn as a garment, laid flat as a home decoration or even be used as a functional article of textiles which can be used to keep its wearer cozy. The pictures of it worn on a body act as just a suggestion for its use - the wearer can choose the way they want it on their body.
