I am Arianna Adamopoulos and I am a fashion designer born and raised in Athens, Greece.

Since I began my creative journey at the age of fourteen, I have approached my work with an air of intuition, perfectionism and versatility. I view each of my projects as a chapter in my life and through them, I discover new areas of my consciousness and self. My work is deeply personal but oftentimes difficult to describe, as I let my mind flow freely through my creative process. I aim to encourage my audience to also relate themselves to my experiences through my concepts and garments. 

 

My work centers on deconstructing familiar garments and incorporating whimsical twists into them in a fluid way. In my silhouettes, I like to blend experimentation and innovation with refinement and traditional elements, creating a form of abstract elegance. This also translates through my design process, as I greatly utilize intuitive making and embrace whichever positive twists I discover along the way. I typically develop each garment through meticulous pattern-making and sewing, with a strong emphasis on experimenting through prototypes. I allow myself to openly explore the fluidity of my material, incorporating its behavior and relation to the silhouette into my process, embracing whichever changes I deem necessary along the way.
